• Account information: your name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.
• Uploaded and generated content: source images, prompts, generation settings, model selections, and generated outputs.
• Payment records: transaction identifiers, purchased credit packages, payment status, and billing metadata. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Image to Image.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, security events, and basic service logs.
• Support messages: the information you include when contacting us.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide image generation, authenticate accounts, process credit purchases, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, maintain service security, and improve reliability.

Service Providers

We share only the information needed to operate the service with providers that support authentication and database hosting, AI image generation, payment processing, storage, email delivery, and website hosting. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Our current core providers include Supabase, KIE, Lemon Squeezy, and Resend where the related feature is enabled.

Image Storage and Deletion

Uploaded and generated images may be retained for up to one year so you can access your creation history and we can operate the service. You may delete supported content from your account when deletion controls are available, or request deletion by contacting us. Security, billing, and legal records may be retained longer when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or applicable law.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, security, language, and interface preferences. Optional analytics may be used only when enabled. We do not use advertising cookies by default. You can control cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account and editor features from working.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and avoid uploading content you do not have permission to process.

Your Choices

You may update account information, delete your account where the feature is available, request access or deletion, and opt out of non-essential email. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary to protect the service.
