Refund eligibility and request process for Image to Image credit purchases

Image to Image currently sells one-time credit packages. Please review the package, price, and included credits before completing checkout.
Contact us within seven calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, credits were not delivered because of a verified technical issue, or an unauthorized purchase was made through your account.
An unused credit purchase may be eligible for a refund after review. Credits that have been used for generation are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, order or invoice identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We may remove the corresponding credits from your account when a refund is approved.
This policy does not limit consumer rights that apply under local law.
