Terms governing your use of the Image to Image website and AI image services

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of imagetoimage.im and the Image to Image AI generation service. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Generation requests consume credits according to the selected model, output quantity, and settings shown in the editor. A result may vary between runs, and AI output is not guaranteed to match a prompt exactly. Credits may be reserved when a request starts and adjusted or returned when the service detects a failed output.
You keep your rights in images and prompts you submit. You give Image to Image and its service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and process your content.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it. Do not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, publicity rights, or platform rules. Do not create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful content, attempt to bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, or access another user's account or data.
Credit packages are one-time purchases unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. Prices and included credits are displayed before purchase. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
The service depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Models, pricing, limits, or features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or a violation of these terms.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Image to Image disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms.
